Information for Stallholders

Smart2Ask takes place on the third Thursday in November every year in the Bunbury area!

Smart2Ask is a community expo which brings together government agencies, community organisations, not-for-profits, training providers, health services, employment agencies, and local support programs in one welcoming and accessible location. Previous events have connected hundreds of community members with information, services, and practical support, with 100% of surveyed attendees reporting that the information they received was helpful.

We are pleased to invite your organisation to be part of Smart2Ask 2026, a community expo dedicated to connecting people who may be experiencing hardship, isolation, uncertainty, or seeking information about the local services available to support them.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking organisations that can provide an engaging, informative, and welcoming stall experience.

We encourage stall holders to:

  • Display information about your services and programs.
  • Bring brochures, flyers, resources, and promotional materials.
  • Offer giveaways, samples, or freebies where appropriate.
  • Include an interactive activity, demonstration, quiz, hands-on experience, or conversation starter if possible.
  • Ensure your stall is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable team members who can answer questions and help visitors navigate available supports.
  • BYO own table is appreciated

We ask that stalls are operated by staff who are approachable, supportive, and able to engage respectfully with people from all walks of life, backgrounds, cultures, and circumstances.

Smart2Share – Stall Holder Networking Event

As part of your participation, stall holders are encouraged to attend Smart2Share the week prior:

📍 Bunbury Geographe Chamber of Commerce

This fast-paced, speed dating style, networking session gives each organisation three minutes to introduce their services, helping agencies better understand and refer community members to the right supports on Expo day. It is a fantastic opportunity to build referral pathways, share information, and connect with other service providers.

Applications close 30 October 2026. Details regarding stall setup, parking, bump-in procedures, and table requirements will be provided upon registration.
